Give your heart a little extra love by ensuring that you're:

Exercising to get your heart rate up 3-4 days per week (30 minutes is enough!)

Eating healthy, well-balanced daily nutrition. Be sure to include healthy oils & fats, lean proteins, whole grains and a variety of fruits and vegetables.

Limit red meats, highly processed foods, alcohol and foods high in sodium.

Make time to relax! Too much stress isn't good for your heart. Practice deep breathing, meditate, socialize with friends & loved ones, read a book, get outdoors, engage in a fun hobby... anything that brings you joy!
