Our 4 step approach to helping you reach your goals.

complimentary

signature fit evaluation

Come in for your complimentary and comprehensive Fit Evaluation - a signature process that includes an in-depth health history and lifestyle review, and mini workout. We want to get to know you, not just your goals so we can design a program that is unique to you.

full body assessment

We’ll do a comprehensive fitness assessment along with a movement and posture analysis. This allows us to collect baseline metrics that will help us track your progress and make sure you are getting results.

personal training session

You’ll work with an experienced team of trainers which allows you to benefit from a wide array of expertise. Your workout may include strength, mobility, cardiovascular exercise, or a combination, depending on your specific goals and needs. You’ll schedule sessions when (and where) it's most convenient for you - in a private studio suite or with LIVE virtual training.

progress checks

Every 6 weeks, we’ll do another full body comprehensive assessment to see how you're tracking toward your goals and we'll help you set new ones. The progress check will inform how we'll progress the next phase of your customized program so you continue to improve and get results.

    Luciano Contin

    Who is He? He is…

    A Brazil native, lives in Melrose, a husband, a father to his 3 daughters and owner of his own business. 

     

    Why is He? Because He...

    Recently got back to exercising and has made a tremendous effort to make it a high priority. Luciano has been consistently exercising now since December 2021 and for the last several weeks has been working out 4 times per week. We've seen big gains in his strength during this time, and it's all a reflection to his hard work. 

     

    How did He? He…

    Worked out 2x per week to start, eventually moving to 3x and is now currently working out 4x per week! Luciano is always on time and if he ever needs to miss, he makes up his training session on another day with us. He even utilizes virtual training on days he cannot make it in. 

     

    Fun facts about Luciano…

    Luciano is originally from Brazil and runs a successful restaurant and bakery in Medford called Oasis Brazilian Restaurant. He is a father to 3 amazing daughters, one of which is a past client, and he is also the husband to Sylvia Contin, who is also another one of our amazing clients. 

     

    A note from Luciano: 

    "I found out about Fitness Together through my wife, who has been a client since 2014. She encouraged me to join and after a while I decided it was time. I've been coming 4 times a week to the studio and am I feeling overall much better, more flexible, energized and stronger! My goals are to lose weight and be in better health as I age."

  • Client of the Month - January 2022

    Mike Palumbo

    Who is He? He is

    A Melrose native, a husband, a father to his two boys, a 16-year-old and a 11 year, he's an accountant and also owner of his own business.

     

    Why is He? Because He...

    Has made exercise in and out of the gym a priority by practicing what he’s been learning in his workouts along with staying on top of his nutrition since he started, which has resulted in him losing 2.5 percent of his body fat, 3.5 inches of his waist, an inch from his hips and all while gaining a tremendous amount of strength and flexibility. He can reach his toes now! 

     

    How did He? He

    Worked out 3x per week at Fitness Together Melrose while also training a bit on his down down time. Mike always comes early, rarely misses a workout and usually stays after for cardio too. One of his biggest accomplishments has been adhering to his nutrition plan, even throughout the holiday season and while traveling.

     

    Fun facts about Mike

    Mike loves spending time with his family and friends, going to NH on the weekends, traveling, sports with the kids and playing golf in the summers.
