Nancy has been a part of the FT Family since July and since joining she has achieved some incredible results!
We asked Nancy a few questions about herself and her experience here at FT and here's what she had to say:
1. What are your hobbies?
Travel and our family.
2. How many days per week do you workout at FT?
2 days per week.
3. How often and for how long do you do cardio at FT or on your own?
I get on the elliptical after workouts and then at least 3 times a week for cardio by either walking or elliptical at home.
4. What does your daily nutrition look like?
I try to eat real food - stay away from sweets.
5. What do you feel FT has helped you with the most?
Staying on track and helping me to set goals.
6. What is your favorite exercise?
My trainer, Spencer, does a good job mixing it up.
7. How would you describe your experience at FT?
Very positive... It's a good feeling knowing you have done something positive for yourself!
