Ask-A-Coach: How to Become More Flexible?
Dec 24, 2025
If you feel stiff or tight, you’re not alone. Most people just want to move better, not do splits. Flexibility isn’t about being bendy; it’s about helping your body feel looser, lighter, and pain-free.
The best way to become more flexible is through small, consistent movement. Start your mornings or breaks with gentle mobility work like shoulder rolls, leg swings, or torso twists to wake up your joints. After your workouts or at night, try simple stretches, touch your toes, kneel into a hip stretch, or hold a child’s pose for 30 seconds.
You don’t need hours, just 5–10 minutes a day goes a long way. Stay consistent, move through your full range of motion when exercising, breathe deeply, and drink plenty of water.
Over time, you’ll notice less stiffness, better posture, and more ease in daily life. That's real flexibility.
