Ted Joined the Fitness Together family in December and has been working with our newest addition to the team, Nikki!
Ted has made steady consistent progress since starting and we couldn't be more proud of him. By showing up to his scheduled workouts 3x/ week as well as practicing the daily habits taught in our Precision Nutrition Program, Ted has already lost 12lbs, feels very good, and has made great progress towards his overall health goals!
When asked how his nutrition has changed since joining Fitness Together, he says he now tries to stick to eating well and controlling his portion size. In addition, Ted will do cardio 2x/wk on his own for about 45 minutes at a time.
On his downtime, Ted enjoys basketball and music. When asked what he feels FT has helped him with the most so far and how his experience has been he said that he now feels stronger and that we've been able to provide him the help that he needed.
