Tom is the definition of reliability – and his consistency to his workouts has paid off! About a year ago, by suggestion of his wife and long-time client, Sherry (aka Mrs. Reliable), Tom decided to give us a try and has been a member of the FT Family ever since.
Since joining Fitness Together, Tom has experienced great progress in his balance, mobility, strength, stamina, and even his golf game!
We asked Tom what he feels Fitness Together has helped him with the most and he said, “Regaining a sense that improved fitness is possible -- and very positive improvement in balance & mobility.”
He has been doing 1:1 2x/wk and almost never misses a workout!
“I spend much more time on fitness. I look forward to my sessions with Kyle and try to improve each time”, says Tom.
In addition to better balance and mobility, we’ve seen a drastic transformation in Tom’s body composition as well as his strength. So far, he’s lost 19lbs of bodyfat and gained 17lbs of lean muscle! In the picture above, Tom is deadlifting 115lbs for multiple sets and reps! Way to go Tom!!!
When Tom is not in the studio, he enjoys playing golf and watching their favorite basketball team, the Clippers.
