We asked her a few questions about herself and her experience at Fitness Together. Here's what she had to say:
What are your hobbies/interests?
Cooking, baking, travel, and my Jack Russel Terriers
How many days per week do you workout at FT?
How have your lifestyle and food habits changed since starting?
I have learned that adjusting the types of food even a little bit can make a big difference.
How many days per week do you do cardiovascular activity and what sort of activities do you do?
5-6 days per week on the elliptical + 15 minute power dog walk
What do you feel FT has helped you with the most?
FT has helped me forge a path to gain strength, conditioning, along with losing weight. I have been able to reduce some medications and in general feel much better.
How would you describe your experience at FT?
My experience has been awesome! I have never really worked out before and a few tries at a large impersonal gym did not go well. I was unsure what to do. I have some injuries & didn't know what I could do without making them worse. FT trainers are super encouraging and knowledgeable. Everyone greets you when you walk in and make you feel so welcome. They adjust your exercise routine on the spot if you need to work around an injury. I have accomplished much so far & have more to go. It is such a pleasure to go to the studio. I have met many nice people there also. Thank you Kyle, Nikki, and the guys for all your help!
