Hi, I'm Sarah! I am a wife to my supportive & loving husband, Michael. We have two children, Emily (9) & Bo (8) who keep us on our toes with sass and sports! You will certainly see them around the studio from time to time! I love nothing more than seeing the smile on all of our clients faces when they enter and leave the studio. Every single one of them know they are doing something wonderful for themselves that day! A healthy body is a healthy mind! Watching each client reach their goal is my number one goal as well. Start with our Signature Fit Evaluation where we learn about your goals, health history, and take you through a mini workout. Your customized program is then designed to progress in phases unique to your needs and goals.
