Here is a cardio-based met-con that you can do almost anywhere! You’ll need a medicine ball (I recommend around 14 lbs for the average athlete) and a Kettlebell (35 lbs is recommended). Complete the workout as many times through as you can over the course of 20 minutes. Remember to focus on quality not quantity! If you want to ramp it up a bit, swap out the med ball thrusters to wall balls to a 10 ft. target and increase the kettlebell weight to 53lbs. Enjoy!
