30 Day Squat Challenge

On April 1st, many of us at Fitness Together started a 30 day squat challenge. We are now on day 21! It has not been easy, but for those of us who have stuck with it, we have seen progress. Squats are a fabulous exercise for developing full body strength and if done correctly will save the knees and the hips from chronic pain. I've often heard people say that it takes around 30 days of doing something before it becomes a habit. Hopefully by the end of the challenge, we will all have built a habit of movement into our daily routines.
