Trainer Tuesday- How often should I work out?

You should work out at least 3-4 times per week. This allows the optimal time in terms of frequency, volume, intensity and recovery. You will achieve your goals without overtraining or getting burnt out. –Sara

Depending on your fitness level, 3-4 times per week. Strength training and cardio should each be a part of your plan.

Also, diversifying exercises will keep you interested and prevent strength plateaus. –Hannah
