Snack on Popcorn. Did you know that January 19th is National Popcorn Day? People who snack on this low-calorie, heart-smart snack get in considerably more fiber and whole grains (yes, popcorn is a whole grain). Just be sure to pop the kernels yourself and add your own seasonings.
