Your Thanksgiving plate doesn’t have to make you feel like a stuffed turkey when the celebration is over. Pile your plate high with lower calorie foods (steamed green beans, cranberry sauce, skinless white meat turkey) and savor small amounts of the stuffing, gravy and other heavier foods.
