David has been a client at Fitness Together for 8 months. He originally sought out FT to work one on one with a professional fitness trainer to learn more about strength, balance and overall health and wellness. David likes training at FT because he can maximize his training time and learn how to better use his body.
David’s favorite part about being a client at FT is knowing that all the trainers are so supportive and care about his progress and fitness goals. His favorite exercise is walking lunges because it works on lower body balance and total body strength. His best/proudest achievement while training at FT is the number of push ups he can now do.
David says that because of his improved physical fitness he has more energy and is more attuned to his body’s needs.
