HYDRATE!

Your body depends on water for survival. Did you know that water makes up more than half of your body weight? You lose water every day and even faster when the weather is really hot and humid, when you exercise or when you are sick. For good health, it is important to always ensure that your body is properly hydrated. The easiest way to quickly check hydration level is to monitor your urine color. The color should be very pale yellow and NOT dark amber. How much fluid should you drink? Aim for at least eight glasses of calorie-free beverages a day, and of course, water is ideal.
