Eat More Garlic!
The compounds found in garlic possess several health-improving benefits. Garlic consumption has been shown to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol and lower the likelihood of developing dangerous blood clots. Garlic also helps to ward off potent carcinogens and aids in strengthening the immune system. (Just have a breath mint handy after you eat a garlicky dish!)
