Eat Shrimp! Did you know that May 10th is National Shrimp Day? Despite what you may have heard, a typical serving of shrimp is not overly high in cholesterol and is an excellent low calorie, lean protein source. Four ounces of shrimp contain just 1 gram of fat, 165 mg cholesterol and a measly 121 calories!
