Maggie is our February client of the month! She first sought out Fitness Together to help improve her quality of life. She realized her inactivity was negatively affecting her in many ways and wanted to get moving and increase her fitness level. Maggie’s favorite part of being an FT client is working with the friendly and encouraging trainers!
Her favorite exercise is the glute bridge, which focuses on strengthening the hamstring and glute muscle groups. Maggie says her greatest achievement since starting at Fitness Together is her ability to do exercises on her own time, and enjoy it.
The best added bonus for Maggie? With her improved physical fitness, she is now able to keep up with her adorable and rambunctious puppy!
