How long have you been at FT?
I am celebrating my 4th anniversary of training at FT.
What is your favorite exercise and your least favorite exercise? I do not really have a favorite exercise but I most enjoy arm and chest strength training. My least favorite are the balance and coordination exercises. However, these are probably the most beneficial given my health status.
What is your best memory at FT?
Deadlifting 230lbs! But also the relationships with the trainers. I look forward to every session and leave them with increased energy.
How has FT positively impacted your life?
Looking back at the past four years, joining FT has been one of the best decisions for my health. I am much stronger, my blood pressure is lower, and I do not get a head rush when I stand. My balance and stability have dramatically improved. In addition, the supervised and controlled exercises have eliminated my knee pain.
What is something you can do now that you couldn’t do when you started? I am now able to get up and down off the floor with ease.
