How long have you been at FT?
I’ve been at FT for 1 year.
What is your favorite exercise and your least favorite exercise?
My favorite exercises are hip adductions, skater hops, and calf raises. My
least favorite is 30lb medicine ball twist and slams, but I don’t want to exclude
them!
What is your best memory at FT?
Walking out of here after a challenging lower body workout. Ellie upped the
weight on the hex bar deadlift and I nailed it. I had a bounce in my step that
day.
How has FT positively impacted your life?
Increased stamina and improved balance. Greatly increased my flexibility
which helps in my fight with Parkinson’s disease.
What is something you can do now that you couldn’t do when you started?
Hit a golf ball 200 yards and touch my toes.
