How long have you been at FT?
I’ve been at FT for 5 months.
What is your favorite exercise and your least favorite exercise?
My favorite exercises are deadlifts - any type because they make me feel strong and are so important for skeletal strength and stability. My least favorite are push ups, mostly because they put too much pressure on my compromised shoulder.
What is your best memory at FT?
Friendly and supportive staff who listen and encourage me to push myself.
How has FT positively impacted your life?
I’m back in a regular fitness routine and I’m feeling so much stronger.
What is something you can do now that you couldn’t do when you started?
Lift heavier weights.
