How long have you been at FT?
I started in October 2025.
What is your favorite exercise and your least favorite exercise?
Russian twists and chest presses are my favorites; windshield wipers are my least favorite.
What is your best memory at FT?
I’ll always remember FT as the first place where I began to do pull ups. Also, I never thought I could do 19 push ups.
How has FT positively impacted your life?
Being able to be more active with my kids. Improved my lipid profile. Structured programs have been able to establish mind-body connection.
What is something you can do now that you couldn’t do when you started?
I’m more balanced mentally and physically. Staff member’s commitment to my program has allowed me to be more responsible towards my goals related to fitness. Before FT, I never saw a clear mental picture of how each exercise contributes to targeting muscle growth. Now, I can clearly establish that connection and engage with my trainers on what I want more of and what I want less of. I’m able to push my limits more frequently and consistently.
