How to do a Renegade Row:
Grab a dumbbell weighing about 50 percent of your max overhead press. Get into the high plank position and put the dumbbell in one hand. Perform a row in the plank with wide feet, then keep the dumbbell at your shoulder as you twist your hips. Then press to the ceiling extending the elbow. Slowly return to start position.
