Pectoral Tendon Stretch
Using a doorway, place one palm against the wall at shoulder height. With a slight bend in the elbow, slowly rotate the body away from the hand “opening up” the pectorals. Hold for desired time.
With TRX equipment, grab both handles with body facing away from the bar. Bring arms up to shoulder height with a slight bend in the elbows. Slowly walk away from the bar until you feel a “pull” in the pectoral tendon “front deltoid region”. Hold for desired time.
