Avoid The Fitness Scams In 2021

Do you ever get those calls from a utility company saying your bill is due, but they are all scams, they can make you second guess if you paid your bill even briefly, right?!

Every year we see a lot of new fitness fads and guarantees promising "fast weight loss, quick fixes or buy this or drink that, be careful of these promises.

The only thing that will get you results is adjusting your diet and adhering to a strength/cardio program. Occasionally if you are diabetic or have hormone imbalances then you might need a little something extra to help with weight loss but it's not the norm.

Please avoid all the ads and social media promotions that promise their "new technique" will fix your problem. They will show you before and after photos promising that their "protein....keto" is all that you need to hit your goal but all you need is hard work on the 2 things I mentioned above (and maybe some accountability).

Every year we tell our clients the same great information. Keep eating well (use a meal plan), and workout consistently and you will see results. Use the *free* My Fitness Pal app to track what you are eating each day and ask your friend to be your accountability partner to keep you on track.
