  • I recently joined Fitness Together and I LOVE it!! The private suites allow me to feel comfortable during my workouts and the personal trainers are AWESOME!! They create a plan (nutrition and exercise) specifically to your needs and set goals. The trainers are by your side the entire session, as they guide and teach you through each exercise. They ensure your technique is correct and/or modify any exercise to avoid/prevent any injuries. The trainers are always reliable, punctual and set up, ready to start your session. The facility is clean, organized and never over crowded. The owners are present and train as well. Everyone is an inspiration and passionate about helping you obtain your goals and a healthy lifestyle!

  • I’ve had the pleasure of working out with the personal trainers at Fitness Together in Plaza
    Midwood for over two and a half years. I can unequivocally highly recommend Fitness Together as
    a great place for a customized workout with a personal trainer. Here is some background on my
    experience working with Fitness Together to provide some context.
    I found Fitness Together via my spouse who thought a more focused and personal approach to my
    exercise and health might be beneficial. At the time toward the waning end of the pandemic, I had
    gained significant weight (45 pounds over the prior two years) and I was not eating well.
    I first met with Scott, and later his wife Sarah, who are a husband-and-wife co-owners team. I
    described to Scott my issues and goals, and he mentioned one of their trainers was particularly
    skilled with combining diet and exercise plans. I met Steve soon after. I did a comprehensive
    physical diagnostic complete with body mass and other metrics and measurements.
    Steve worked with me both on the excellent and highly varied Fitness Together equipment, and he
    also helped develop a customized meal plan using a convenient tracking app. Some of my early
    impediments involved physical ailments such as very poor knee cartilage on both sides, back pain
    issues and other assorted problems. At the time I had to wear metal knee braces on both knees,
    and I had to take the elevator both ways each visit (even though it’s only a two-story building).
    All of the trainers at Fitness Together are highly skilled, professional, well-trained in their fields and
    very client focused. Steve in particular was highly skilled at creative routines with a lot of variety
    while also accommodating my ailments. I worked out hard and consistently.
    Fast forward two years. Through a combination of diet (keto for a time in particular), frequent
    walks at night, and three sessions a week at Fitness Together, I have lost 40 pounds, built
    significant all-over muscle tone, increased my flexibility and endurance, and I no longer ever wear
    the knee braces (I take the stairs). My lab test results have vastly improved to where I am in the
    “normal range” now on all those key blood work metrics.
    I attribute much of this amazing progress to the team at Fitness Together. I highly recommend
    them for everything, but especially if you are looking to make a serious big change in your health.

  • Almost 7 months ago, I decided to join Fitness Together. I didn’t join necessarily for the purpose of weight loss nor strength gains, rather more so as an outlet for mental stress that was impacting my quality of life. Everything else was a bonus and I have never regretted my decision.

    I come in three times a week and it has changed my outlook. I’ve previously done group training which I didn’t enjoy as I found myself comparing my abilities and performance to others. The sessions here allow me to really focus on the exercise itself and myself without getting distracted. I find myself to be most consistent in this environment because of the amount of times available.

    All the trainers are so friendly, professional, personable, and make sure you don’t get away without putting in the work. Pat, Steve, Dylan, and Scott are all wonderful and I really enjoy coming in and being greeted with excitement. I love coming here and will continue to do so for as long as I can. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
