7 Steps for Guaranteed Weight Loss

It's almost 2025 and this is the time that a lot of people set 2025 fitness goals.

What will make 2025 any different from 2024?

What behaviors will you change? What behaviors will you add?

I developed a 7-Step framework for guaranteed Weight loss. I will go over each one in depth so you are fully aware of what each of them means.

R-E-S-U-L-T-S

R: Real support at home: Make sure once you set a fitness goal everyone closest to you knows it and is supportive (spouse and kids especially).

E: Easy protein meals: You NEED TO meal prep. If you eat 3x/day that is 21 meals per week. You have to have protein-rich meals ready to grab and go.

S: Set a weekly goal: 0.5 lbs? 1 lb? Whatever it is, track it and write it down. Once you see progress, you will be more motivated to keep going.

U: Utilize My Fitness Pal: This app is free, and it's so helpful! You need to know how many calories you need in a day, and you need to track how many you are eating. Don't get overwhelmed, we can help you with this!

L: Log 5 workouts per week: 3 workouts with us Strength Training, 2 workouts getting 10K steps and 2 flex days.

T: Think before you act: Before each meal, think is this meal going to help me reach my goal? There is nothing "wrong" with eating a piece of cake, but look at your whole week and see where you might need to be flexible, and the other times, stay committed to your meal-prepped food.

S: Stop bringing junk food into your home: If you struggle with sugar, alcohol, or bread, just set a new rule that it doesn't come into the home. This is why it's so important to have everyone in your house on board with your goals, so you are 100% supported. They might be reminders, but they will help you!

*And, of course, there are always exceptions, hormone imbalances, chronic diseases, etc., but I want to start from the position that you aren't dealing with any of these, and you are ready to take 100% ownership of what you eat and the results you see.
