Ingredients:

Yield: 1 serving (serving size: ~ 13 ounce smoothie)

  • 8 ounces of “light” vanilla soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
  • ½ cup frozen peaches (no added sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar  

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
