Smoothie Bowls

These smoothie bowls have to be my new fav obsession, great for anytime of day, either as a meal or you can make a smaller version as a snack or dessert. The topping selections are endless and can really be turned into a filling meal.
Below is my go-to version:
Ingredients
Smoothie base:
1 package frozen acai
½ c mixed frozen berries
1 banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25 grams)
¾ c coconut milk
Toppings:
1 Tbsp chia seeds
¼ c crushed walnuts
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
Handful of choco chips
Directions:
In a blender, blend all smoothie base ingredients together, periodically pushing down with a spoon. Pour into a bowl, add toppings. Eat immediately to avoid melting!
