Scott's Power Breakfast

Prep this high protein breakfast sandwich packed with all the fuel your body needs to get your day going!

Ingredients:

1. Whole wheat bagel

2. 2 whole eggs

3. 2 deli slices of ham or turkey

4. 1 slice of Buffalo wing cheddar cheese(or your preferred cheese)

5. 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil for flavor

6. Cooking spray (if needed)

7. Sliced green peppers

8. Slice of tomato

9. Black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder seasoning (optional)

Cooking instructions:

1. Use a pan with moderate to high heat

2. Spray pan with cooking spray if needed

3. Pour olive oil into pan and soak in for 1-2 minutes

4. Crack 2 eggs into pan and season as desired

5. Place whole wheat bagel into toaster oven for 3-4 minutes

6. Let eggs fry for 4-5 minutes

7. Take eggs off the pan and place onto bagel then add your favorite cheese

8. Place peppers into pan for 4-5 minutes on moderate to high heat

9. Place deli slices into pan on moderate to high heat for 1-2 minutes

10. Add green peppers and deli slices onto sandwich along with a tomato

11. Enjoy!
