Ingredients:

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 burger)

·        1 can black beans (drained, rinsed, smashed with fork)

·        ½ cup oatmeal (rolled oats)

·        1 egg

·        ¼ cup chopped onion

Directions:

Mix together and press into patties, grill(on foil) or fry(olive oil) and serve on a whole grain flat bread with salsa and pepper! Awesome burgers.
