Healthy-Easy Un-stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 head of cabbage chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper
- Crush red peppers (optional)
Directions:
Heat large wok over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground chicken and onion until browned. Add in all ingredients, cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 30 minutes.
