- 1 Lb. Raw, Peeled/de-veined Large Shrimp
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ tsp Basil
- ½ Thyme
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Salt/pepper to taste
In a bowl, combine shrimp with all the seasoning. Mix well and refrigerate for an hour.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat with olive oil. Sauté shrimp, turning occasionally until shrimp is cooked, about 5 minutes.
Serve with any kind of vegetable to complete the dish. We made asparagus with sun-dried tomatoes.
