A good way to stay motivated to work out in the winter is to make a Spring goal. It will give you something to work towards and be a good incentive to not skip your work outs.-Sara
Staying motivated to workout during the winter can be tough, especially if you enjoy exercising outside. One good way yo deal with this is try a new indoor activity. You could try taking a spinning, yoga, or strength and conditioning class. Another option is to embrace the winter and the opportunities to exercise outside it does offer. Skiing (cross country or downhill), snow shoeing, and ice skating are all good forms of exercise that many people can only try 3 or 4 months out of the year. --- Keith
