Try a different cardio machine. Your 30-minute cardio session will feel like a 45-er if you choose a machine you're not used to. If you always use the elliptical, try the treadmill. If you always use the treadmill, try the stair climber. Your muscles won't know what hit 'em. A Small simple change can go a long way!
