She was a competitive figure skater for 15 years which helped develop her passion for exercising and staying active at a young age. Her approach to training is focused on finding what works for your body by offering support, positive motivation and well-rounded instruction.     In her free time, she loves to go to yoga and train for her first ever road bike race. In summer's she enjoys wake surfing and golfing with her twin brother. Madison loves to read and spend time at Higgins Lake. Relaxing and being outdoors.

    As a trainer for 16 years my philosophy is to work smarter not harder. No matter what fitness level my goal is to help clients become structurally sound and accomplish goals they never thought imaginable.     I like to be as active as possible. As an avid runner I have run multiple marathons and ultra marathons. While I love running I also enjoy hiking, biking and playing sports. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my family especially my two young sons. We love to be active as a family!

She continues to live an active and health conscious lifestyle as a recreational roller skater, yoga enthusiast, and powerlifter. Sade is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Sade enjoys helping others reach their physical and mental health goals. She is intentional in creating a customized program, being motivating during your sessions, and holding clients accountable for their exercise and nutrition at home.

    Since Ryan was in grade school, he ADORED physical activity. He found his passion in junior high school with track and field. He LOVED everything about the sport, from the individual achievement, and the team comradery, to the rivalries and the records to break... After competing in the 2010 All State Track and Field Meet in long jump, He chose to continue his track and field career into college while earning his degree in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, he knew he wanted a career where he can work to help others with their health. His passion for exercise and fitness inspired him to create his own health coaching system. Ryan believes every client he works with is special, unique and has very specific needs/goals. As a result, he's developed my coaching philosophy around creating a 100% individualized routine, centered entirely around the goals of his client. Ryan's dream is to inspire, motivate, and create an atmosphere where my clients will not only know they are getting a professional, curated workout, but they will have fun doing it!

    Andrew graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has his CSCS. He is involved in multiple aspects of training including lifting, running, and swimming, in addition to participating in extreme sports such as water skiing slalom and snowboarding. He takes his time to make sure each client is trained in the most optimal way possible via smart training and science-based exercise programs. He is also passionate about training motivated individuals for the tactical space which includes military, law enforcement and fire departments.

    In Andrew’s free time he likes to waterski slalom, swim, snowboard, and do anything involving the outdoors. He places a high value on spending time with family. Additionally, he enjoys listening to podcasts about training and topics he has a desire to become more educated on.

    Kate Yankus is a physical therapist and certified personal trainer from the Metro Detroit area. She has worked in the health care industry for the last twenty years. As a physical therapist, she has seen first-hand what happens when disease and injury can affect a person’s quality of life. She became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2018 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine because she wants to help individuals become more proactive about their health and avoid the ailments that she treats in her role as a physical therapist. She has always strived to make health and wellness a priority throughout her career and has much experience working with individuals with chronic health issues and injuries.

    Ian earned his Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training and Corrective Exercise. He has had Exercise and Fitness as a part of his life ever since he can remember and uses it as a tool to help people reach their physical goals and mental well-being. Through his journey, he has learned to empathize with those who live with pain. Sustaining injuries in the past, Ian has shifted his focus into a more holistic approach. "Movement is Medicine" is his mantra and is dedicated to empowering people to take control of it.

    Ian likes to move a lot and experiment with different exercise modalities. You will probably find him upside down in a handstand or riding his bike in the summer. His biggest passion is training for his sport called Tricking. Which is a blend of Martial Arts, Gymnastics and Acrobatics.
