    Madison graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelors in Clinical Exercise Science. She was a competitive figure skater for 15 years which helped develop her passion for exercising and staying active at a young age. Her approach to training is focused on finding what works for your body by offering support, positive motivation and well rounded instruction. Madison believes that no matter the situation, exercise can be a powerful tool to help anyone achieve their goals, and that is what she is here for.

    In her free time, she loves to do yoga and train for her first ever road bike race. In the summer’s she enjoys wake surfing and golfing with her twin brother. Madison loves to read and spend time at Higgins Lake, relaxing and being outdoors.

    As a trainer for 16 years my philosophy is to work smarter not harder. I have adapted this philosophy to work with all levels of clients from college athletes to people with joint problems to people with Parkinson’s. My training focus is to build programs that safely and effectively help clients reach their goals. No matter what fitness level my goal is to help clients become structurally sound and accomplish goals they never thought imaginable. Most of all I strive to make exercise fun and make each session the best 45 minutes of each person’s day!

    I like to be as active as possible. As an avid runner I have run multiple marathons and ultra marathons. While I love running I also enjoy hiking, biking and playing sports. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my family especially my two young sons. We love to be active as a family!

    Sade graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. She grew up as a multi-sport athlete, participating as a runner, swimmer, and boxer. She continues to live an active and health conscious lifestyle as a recreational roller skater, yoga enthusiast, and powerlifter. Sade is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Sade enjoys helping others reach their physical and mental health goals. She is intentional in creating a customized program, being motivating during your sessions, and holding clients accountable for their exercise and nutrition at home.

    In her free time Sade enjoys reading novels, watching the latest movies, and of course, heading to the gym to exercise. She is always interested in learning or taking part in other activities and hobbies, keeping the thrill in life.

    Emily graduated from Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation and Precision Nutrition Certified. She grew up an athlete as a dancer, gymnast and runner, and grew to live an active and healthy lifestyle. During her time at CMU, she stayed active by being a co-ed/sideline and all-girl/competitive cheerleader. Her last semester was spent at a cardiac rehabilitation facility where she was able to work with many clients, teaching and training them how to exercise appropriately for their body and maintain a proper diet. Her love for sports and fitness has brought her to coaching gymnastics, which she has now been doing for 12 years. Emily enjoys working together with people of all ages to come up with goals and plans of how to live and maintain a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. She is looking forward to helping others learn how to take care of themselves and always have fun doing so. She believes a little motivation can help make anyone reach their goals, and that’s what she is here for.

    In Emily’s free time, she likes to spend time with her favorite dog, Jazmine. They enjoy long walks and naps. Emily also enjoys yoga, spinning, and practicing handstands. Summer is her favorite season because she golfs almost everyday. Emily loves to laugh and have fun!

    During his time at Central Michigan University he worked as a fitness specialist at the campus gym where he gained experience training patrons of all ages and skill levels. Adam also worked as a speed and agility coach for a private facility where he focused on improving sport specific movements for athletes. His training style focuses on improving movement patterns, exploring mobility, and preventing injury, which fit perfectly into the 1 on 1 relationship that Fitness Together provides. His enthusiasm ensures that each training session will be fun, unique and effective.

    Since Ryan was in grade school, he ADORED physical activity. He found his passion in junior high school with track and field. He LOVED everything about the sport, from the individual achievement, and the team comradery, to the rivalries and the records to break... After competing in the 2010 All State Track and Field Meet in long jump, He chose to continue his track and field career into college while earning his degree in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, he knew he wanted a career where he can work to help others with their health. His passion for exercise and fitness inspired him to create his own health coaching system. Ryan believes every client he works with is special, unique and has very specific needs/goals. As a result, he's developed my coaching philosophy around creating a 100% individualized routine, centered entirely around the goals of his client. Ryan's dream is to inspire, motivate, and create an atmosphere where my clients will not only know they are getting a professional, curated workout, but they will have fun doing it!

    Margarita graduated from The National Personal Training Institute, where she learned exercise science, nutrition, and programming with an extensive hands-on training experience. From a young age, she learned ballet in Saint Petersburg, Russia and fell in love with exercise. During her modeling years, she continued staying active by watching Jane Fonda exercise videos and pursuing yoga. She only wishes she knew back then what she knows now about proper nutrition and strength training instead of unhealthy dieting. As a certified personal trainer, Margarita is intuitive. She knows just what to bring to her clients on any given day; a listening ear, an old-fashioned butt- kicking, a refined training strategy and everything in between.
