Why do you like Fitness Together?

All of my trainers – Kerri, Chris & Meghan – are great to train with and really seem to care about helping me to achieve my fitness goals.

How did you discover Fitness Together?

I really don’t remember. I had trained at other Fitness Together locations before I moved to Boston and I think I walked by North End Fitness Together one day soon after I moved to Boston and saw the sign.

Tell us some of the results you have achieved:

I have significantly increased the number of pull ups and push ups I can do. And I can now bench press a car. Seriously.

Do you do 1-on-1 training? If so, why do you like it?

Yes. I like that my trainers can focus on my individual fitness needs and adjust my workouts based on those needs.

What is your favorite exercise?

Rest. Okay, seriously, I think I like deadlifts because I always feel like I get a good full body workout afterwards.

What is your favorite healthy food?

Turkey burger.

What is your favorite “cheat meal”?
