May Client of the Month... Rob!

We are excited to announce our client of the month for May… Rob P.!
Rob joined us in 2021, seeking to lose weight and build a consistent exercise routine. Building that consistency around work and raising a son can be difficult, but for Rob, his two weekly workouts have become a staple of his week. From the second he enters the gym, it’s clear that he is there to work and continue pursuing and accomplishing his goals.
Rob enjoys being challenged ‘just enough’ in his workouts, and puts in all his effort to ensure his two workouts with us each week are as effective as possible. The result: crushing his goals. While his entire tenure with us has yielded amazing results, we chose to highlight Rob to recognize his efforts over the previous seven months. While achieving amazing strength gains through his weight lifting (deadlifting 215 lbs. for 8 reps), Rob has also lost 30 lbs. of body fat, without losing an ounce of muscle since August, and continues to achieve even more impressive numbers in the gym. We also applaud Rob for his commitment recently to arriving not only on time, but early for his workouts so he can fully utilize his 45 minutes every session.
