For Yogev and Dana, the answer is simple: show up, support each other, and stay committed to the process.

That mindset is exactly why we’re proud to celebrate them as Fitness Together Burlington’s March Clients of the Month.

Between demanding careers, raising three children, and managing packed family schedules, Yogev and Dana have proven that prioritizing your health is possible, even during the busiest seasons of life.


Yogev’s Journey: Strength Training to Support Running

Yogev joined Fitness Together Burlington in July 2023 with a clear goal: build strength to support his running and stay healthy long term.

As an avid runner, he understood that strength training is critical for performance, injury prevention, and longevity.

Since starting personal training, Yogev has made tremendous progress in the studio. Earlier this month, he even won a gold medal in our Winter FT Olympics, holding the chin-up position longer than anyone else, an impressive display of strength and determination.


Overcoming Injury with Smart Training

Recently, Yogev faced a challenge when he underwent meniscus surgery.

Instead of stepping away from training completely, he worked closely with our personal trainers to modify his workouts and focus on exercises that supported his recovery.

By adjusting his program and staying consistent, Yogev continued building strength safely while rehabbing his knee. His positive mindset and commitment to the process have been inspiring to watch.


Combining Strength Training and Nutrition for Results

Yogev also participates in our Nutrition Together Program, where he focused on simple but powerful habits:

  • Increasing daily protein intake
  • Drinking more water
  • Reducing some of his favorite savory snacks

Since November 2025, he has achieved impressive results:

  • Weight loss
  • 3 pounds of skeletal muscle gained
  • 4% reduction in body fat
  • His progress is a perfect example of how personal training and nutrition coaching together produce lasting results.

Dana’s Journey: Building Strength and Confidence

Dana’s Fitness Together journey began in a fun way; She won a raffle at her children’s school that introduced her to the studio.

Her goals were straightforward:

  • Improve her exercise technique
  • Change up her workout routine
  • Build strength to stay active for herself and her family
  • Training three times per week, Dana has made incredible progress. Her form has improved dramatically, and her strength has increased faster than she expected.

A Major Strength Milestone

One of Dana’s biggest accomplishments so far is achieving a 245-pound deadlift personal best.

That milestone represents months of consistent training and highlights just how strong she has become.


Stronger Together

What makes Yogev and Dana especially inspiring is the way they support each other.

Like many families in Burlington and surrounding Massachusetts communities, their lives are busy with careers, kids’ activities, and family commitments.
