15 Plie Squats + Pulse last one for 15 seconds

20 Donkey Kicks (each leg)

20 Fire Hydrants (each leg)

20 Squats

10 Squat Jumps

10 Burpees

20 Bridges

10 Single Leg Bridges hold last one and pulse for 10seconds

20 Lunges

30 Seconds Lunge Jumps

Repeat 2x for an extra butt blast!
