15 Plie Squats + Pulse last one for 15 seconds
20 Donkey Kicks (each leg)
20 Fire Hydrants (each leg)
10 Squat Jumps
10 Single Leg Bridges hold last one and pulse for 10seconds
30 Seconds Lunge Jumps
