August Client of the Month... Lynne P!

Aug 5, 2025

We are excited to announce our client of the month for August… Lynne P!

After driving by the studio many times, Lynne decided to stop by in early 2024 to learn more. She was seeking to develop a workout routine to feel stronger, improve her flexibility and balance, and relieve knee pain. After moving from her full-time position as a nurse to per-diem, she decided to invest her time in herself!

The workload of a nurse takes quite a toll on our bodies; lifting up patients, long days of standing, and hours of leaning over to tend to patients. Coming in, one important focus area for Lynne was her posture. As a result of her career, Lynne came to us with shoulders rounded forwards and a stooped-over posture, reminiscent of her days leaning over patients’ beds. The difference is night and day: Lynne’s posture today is unrecognizable, with proud shoulders and a strong core. She says she feels taller, and can tell her body is less compressed as she goes throughout her day.

She is also moving better than ever; on a recent trip down to Washington D.C., she returned saying that she has never felt more confident walking around the city with luggage in tow, squeezing into small spaces on the plane, and even went for a run with absolutely no pain (something that would have left her knees quite cranky before!)

Her work has paid off in other ways as well; since April 2024, Lynne has lost 4% body fat; gaining muscle and losing 10 pounds of fat! Even more impressively, Lynne has dropped 4 levels of visceral fat, with no signs of slowing down anytime soon! Additionally, she’s shed 9.5 inches cumulatively around her body!

We’re so grateful for the energy and glowing smile Lynne brings into the studio every time she comes in, and couldn’t be happier to see her feeling so healthy, and moving through life with so much confidence!
