CARDIO CLUB FALL 2021

Need an extra Motivation to keep up with your cardio? Join Us for Our Annual Cardio Club Fall 2021! It starts on September 22nd and it goes for 8 straight weeks! Right before Thanksgiving! Sign Up with your trainer or Call/ Email us!

Cardio Club Rules Fall 2021

  1. For every 30 minutes of vigorous cardio you will earn one block
  2. Hit 80% or higher of your Maximum Heart Rate (Yellow-Red in Polar app)
  3. Complete at least 25 hours of Cardio within the 8 weeks
  4. Send us a picture of proof of your physical activity
  5. Include at least one Outdoor Activity per week
  6. There will be prizes for everyone that completes the 25 hours or higher.
