✨ New Year Reflections From the FT Team ✨

Dec 11, 2025

As we close out another incredible year at the studio, our team took a moment to look back on their favorite memories from 2025, share what they’re most excited for in 2026, and set a few personal and professional goals for the year ahead. As always, their answers remind us why this community is such a special one—full of personality, camaraderie, and just the right amount of competitive chaos.

Studio Memories We Won’t Forget

From promotions to friendly rivalries, road races, and team outings, 2025 delivered no shortage of standout moments:

  • Ali loved being promoted to Studio Chalkboard Designer Extraordinaire.
  • Patrick looked back proudly on completing his very first fitness assessment.
  • Ethan chose the staff Celtics game as his top moment—nothing beats team bonding in the nosebleeds.
  • Mike will never forget getting smoked at F1 by Megan and Joe.
  • Joe, unsurprisingly, counts smoking everyone at F1 (with Ricky Bobby/Megan as his co-pilot) as his highlight.
  • Megan cherished all the support she received while training for and completing the Pan-Mass Challenge.
  • Jamelah loved attending her first-ever staff outing—welcome to the chaos!
  • Manny took great joy in torturing the PACK clients, especially the legendary 6AM crew.
  • Paula fondly remembers watching everyone struggle—peacefully, of course—during Ali’s yoga workshop.
  • Brian proudly recalls kicking Joe’s butt in fantasy football to lock in the #2 seed.
  • PJ ranks dressing up as The Flash at F1 Boston as his personal peak of 2025.

What We’re Excited for in 2026

Next year is shaping up to be just as fun, full, and ambitious:

  • Ali is excited to share more client-friendly recipes.
  • Patrick can’t wait to lead more killer boxing PACK sessions—watch out, BOB dummies everywhere.
  • Ethan is gearing up for his biggest challenge yet: running his first marathon.
  • Mike is planning on more marathons and his first triathlon because apparently he refuses to rest.
  • Joe is looking forward to our annual ski trip to Doug S.’s chalet and staying up until 2AM doing puzzles with Mike.
  • Megan is excited to keep crushing it alongside the FT Belmont dream team.
  • Jamelah is counting down to her family trip to Barbados.
  • Manny is ready to finish out the school year strong.
  • Paula is looking forward to the staff holiday dinner—and seeing how many martinis Mike can put away.
  • Brian is also looking forward to the Mike Martini Count and plenty of ski days.
  • PJ can’t wait for Client Appreciation Night.

SPECIAL CLIENT ENTRY: George D cannot wait for his daughters wedding in September (congratualtions!!)

Goals for the New Year

Some goals are serious. Some are… less serious. All are very on-brand for our team:

  • Ali: Grow her cooking account - check out hummus.barbie on Instagram for inspo ;)
  • Patrick: get more clients hooked on boxing.
  • Ethan: coach his JV baseball team to two whole wins.
  • Mike: break a 3:30 marathon.
  • Joe: complete a half marathon (we’ll believe it when we see it).
  • Megan: win March Madness again.
  • Jamelah: compete in the Bay State Track & Field Meet.
  • Manny: lead a workshop teaching the staff what he’s learning in PTA school.
  • Paula: no stated goal… but we’re guessing it’s legendary.
  • Brian: ski as much as humanly possible
  • PJ: reclaim the #1 spot in Massachusetts FTs.

SPECIAL CLIENT ENTRY: George D is eager to crush his goals- lets get that 3 minute plank!!!!

Here’s to a Strong, Supportive, Slightly Unhinged 2026
