Try Rhubarb!

You may have heard about rhubarb pie but do you really know what this is? Often thought of as a fruit, rhubarb is actually a vegetable—a cousin of celery! Very versatile in cooking, it is often used as a fruit in baked goodies. Packed with potassium, vitamin C, calcium, vitamin A and fiber and super low in calories—this is one vegetable you should give a try.
