Her rehab journey ignited a desire to learn about the human body, leading her to work at various gyms and physical therapy clinics while earning her BS in Exercise Science in 2014, graduating in the top 1% of her class. After moving to DC, she helped revitalize a corporate fitness facility and build their personal training programs. Shortly after, she found Fitness Together. Following six years managing FT Bethesda, she purchased FT Georgetown and built a team recognized as Washington’s Best Personal Trainers since 2013 and the #1 FT franchise since 2015. Now, Stacy is excited to open a new studio in McLean with one of her employees and clients from Georgetown, while also owning another location with her husband in McLean, VA!
