Tom Bohlin

Tom Bohlin

Certified Personal Trainer - Studio Manager

Tom spent much of his life growing up on various athletic fields trying different sports. In High School he found his niche in Track and Field and went on to compete at the Collegiate level for 4 years. Shortly out of college he began coaching Track and Field at Bergen Catholic High School. After 2 years of coaching and working with many athletes he realized his passion for helping people to achieve their goals. Around that time, Tom received NSCA’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification and has been part of the Fitness Together family ever since! He enjoys running (competitively sometimes), going to the beach as often as possible, spending time with friends & family, and especially building relationships with all of our clients. Don't let the athletic background fool you, some of Tom's greatest success stories come from working with clients who are are limited with physical restrictions such as knee, hip, back pain, etc. and helping clients to lose weight. He also has experience running our "Couch to 5K” program.

Bethany Kanski

Bethany Kanski

Certified Personal Trainer

Bethany was born and raised in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. She has loved playing sports since she was a young girl, and played basketball and soccer from elementary through high school. Participating in sports has instilled in her a love for being active. This led her to study Exercise Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She recently graduated and is looking forward to beginning her career in the fitness industry! Bethany enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time and some of her favorite things are music, the beach, being an aunt, and playing and watching sports. She is excited to use her education and love for physical activity to help those on their health and wellness journey!

Ishan

Certified Personal Trainer

Ishan has over a decade of experience as a personal trainer. In high school he played varsity lacrosse and was football captain. After graduating American University, where he majored in anthropology, he let himself go and became obese. He decided to focus his attention on fitness, remembering the joy he felt when he was fit and lost 60 lbs. That experience allows him to better understand the struggle many face when attempting to make big changes to their lifestyle. He believes that to positively change one’s body, starts with the mind. He emphasizes people focus on their goals and accountability. He prides himself on providing top notch information and support for his clients, so they become more empowered & he understands that each client is different. It’s important to him that the workouts are effective and also enjoyable. Ishan is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying mountain biking, backpacking and fishing, when he gets a chance. He received his personal training certification through the National Personal Training Institute.
