    Temuulen is originally from Mongolia and he moved to the U.S. when he was a teenager. He was introduced to the fitness industry by his mentor who also had a passion for living a fit and healthy lifestyle. Soon after training with his mentor, Temuulen earned his first personal trainer certification to begin helping others. After a few years of training, Temuulen decided to invest into his future and make it his career with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at George Mason University. While attending GMU, he used his expertise of human anatomy and physiology while working at a rehabilitation clinic as an Exercise Therapist to help patients successfully improve mobility, strength and confidence.

    in my free time I like to
    Temuulen enjoys spending time with his family. He loves playing with his three year old son and newborn baby girl. You'll also find him playing basketball and video games with friends. Temuulen loves the Fitness Together community as he gets to work closely with clients on a daily basis to help them reach their fitness goals. A fun fact is when Temuulen first started training he worked at a world famous celebrity gym in Hollywood (he’s got lots of funny stories). T's favorite splurge food is...Ramen!

    Kristina, previously a National Team Soccer Player, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education at the Academy of Sport and Tourism, Almaty, Kazakhstan. She then moved on to complete her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science at Troy University, Alabama, USA where she served as a graduate assistant coach to the Division I Women’s Soccer Team during that time. Upon completion of her schooling she relocated to Washington DC in 2015 to start her career as a Fitness Expert. Now Kristina is our Head Nutrition Coach & Operational Coordinator for both our Tysons Corner and Central Georgetown locations. Kristina favorite thing about Fitness Together is, our team’s integrity and accountability, passion and commitment in helping others; obsessive attention to details!

    Kristina enjoys going to ballets, traveling and exploring historical events. She also enjoys treating herself to her favorite meal, shrimp scampi pasta!

    Cheng-Han (David) was born and raised in Taiwan and began his professional career as a biology teacher. His fitness journey began by learning to play tennis with his National athletic coach in Taiwan and then later studied strength training under his mentorship. After training with his coach, David decided to pursue a higher degree in the Sports and Recreation field, so he came to the United States in 2018. David has made great transformations in himself with strength training, and he wants to help others realize that transformation in a safe manner, too. In 2020, David graduated from George Mason University with his Master in Science of Sport and Recreation and became a certified personal trainer.

    in my free time I like to
    David enjoys spending time with mother nature--he loves hiking in the national parks with friends or by himself. He is also a volunteer trail worker in Shenandoah National Park. He likes not only mountains but also seas. He has an open water scuba diving certification as well. David loves traveling and loves to hear people’s stories because he likes to explore secret spots. His favorite food is authentic Taiwanese fried rice!

    Justin was born in Newark, New Jersey and has always been into sports playing anything that he could get his hands into. Justin played football in college and is now playing professional arena football. Justin fell into personal training right out of college while he was working at a local gym and had the opportunity to start working with clients. After he positively changed his first clients life, he was hooked and became super passionate about changing more lives. Justin believes that FT brings together a nice team and family environment.

    in my free time I like to
    Justin enjoys anything outdoors, from playing sports and hiking, to just sitting in the sun. His favorite sports teams to follow are the Eagles & Yankees. Fun fact about Justin is that he used to play the trumpet and can still serenade you with a few songs! His favorite splurge food is home cooked baked Mac & Cheese with BBQ Ribs.

    Donovan was born and raised in Loudoun County and was introduced to fitness in 2017 by a personal mentor and former professional athlete. That mentor went on to help him earn his personal training certification which set the foundation for his career at a young age. From there his love for personal training and fitness led him to pursue his Bachelor degree in Health & Exercise Science at Bridgewater College. Donovan has a diverse background in training clientele of all ages to successfully improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

    Donovan enjoys spending time with his fiancé as they plan their nuptials for 2023. He also loves healthy cooking, reading, video games, playing with his dog, and watching sports; mostly German soccer (Go FC Bayern). A fun fact about Donovan is that he can speak German fairly well as he spent 6 years taking classes. His favorite splurge food is hands down a huge ribeye steak.

    Daniel first got into personal training when in high school to prepare for the soccer season. He carried this desire to learn about the human body and it's abilities by attending the University of Florida where he studied Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. He became very interested in learning how exercise can be one of the biggest drivers to a healthy lifestyle. He will always seek ways to help improve our clients quality of life. Daniel loves Fitness Together because we are able to work as a team, and not just individuals. We can depend on each other to provide our clients with the best experience! Daniel is located at our Central Georgetown studio and oversees our Client's Training Programs with the Tysons Corner Team.

    Daniel loves to run and play soccer in his off time. One day he would like to complete a full Ironman. He is a HUGE college football fan...Go Gators! Daniel also likes to treat himself once in a while to his favorite splurge foods, sushi or pizza.
