What's Your "Why"

When you are working on your journey towards better health, whether that be to lose weight, build muscle, or to simply just maintain the progress you have already made, there is always a “why” lingering. Your “why” is what keeps you going, and pushes you on the days that you don’t want to or when challenges arise.
So what’s your “why”?
Your “why” can be anything that is meaningful to YOU. Notice, it is what your “why” is and not what others are telling you it should be. If it doesn’t come from you, then how meaningful is it?
Maybe your “why” is to have more energy, influence those around you, or boost your confidence. You should always be reflecting on what your “why” is. Remembering why you are on this journey will give you the extra boost of motivation you need to show up for yourself on the days that you don’t want to.
