1. What does a typical morning/ night looks like for you outside of work?
I love to work out in the morning, so I will wake up, have 4–5 eggs with white rice, a cup of coffee, and then I am off to the gym. I’ll usually spend an hour or two in the gym. First half hour warming up, talking to the regulars, an hour weight lifting, and then another half hour in the sauna or stretching. My days outside of work are usually packed full of chores from vacuuming to laundry. Once the chores are conquered, my girlfriend and I love to cook together and bring about an elaborate dinner that we wouldn’t have time for during the week. Our favorites are chicken soup, Shepherd's pie, and chicken riggie.
2. What's something you couldn't live without?
Carbon … JK my friends :)
3. What are your top 3 favorite exercises?
Overhead press, Squat, and Deadlift
4. What are your hobbies outside of work?
Snowboarding, long boarding, Jiujitsu, reading, listening to podcasts, curating playlists, soaking up the rays at the beach, and hiking.
5. What do you eat in a day?
4–5 Eggs with white rice in the morning, a package of blueberries, ground bison, sweet potato, spinach, and usually steak/chicken with broccoli or cauliflower.
6. How you balance health/fitness with life/work?
Using health/fitness to help benefit my life/work. For example, I am a much better version of myself when I am consistent with working out and eating a clean diet. So if I am going through a struggle in life, or my stress is super high, I use health/fitness to mitigate the stress and remove myself from whatever is causing me stress.
7. How do you find motivation to exercise when you're not feeling motivated?
I remember how great I feel after the exercise routine is completed. I also go into the workout with the idea that I’m not going to set a personal best with how much weight I am about to lift, but I am going to exercise to feel better.
8. What's your favorite type of cardio?
