Private Partner Training, Built for Two

Partner Personal Training is a 6-week personal training program for two people to train together in a private, coach-led setting. Whether it’s a spouse, friend, or family member, you’ll work side by side with a plan built for each of you.

Training with a partner makes it easier to stay consistent. You show up for each other, stay accountable, and keep moving forward, with a coach guiding every session and adjusting your program as you go.
