    Terry’s love of strength training and fitness came from his participation in sports. He discovered he loved the journey of preparing for competition as much as the competition itself. After gaining 4 years of training experience in box gyms, cooperate setting and bootcamps, he determined that working for himself and opening a personal training studio in January of 2000 was the best route to take.

    Jason’s training has taken him around the country. After initially starting with Fitness Together in 2000, he traveled to Detroit, Chicago and Seattle to gain experience and be educated in multiple styles of fitness training. He then returned to his home in Denver to resume his career at Fitness Together.

We'll gather information for your customized plan by reviewing your goals, health history, and going through a mini-workout.

full body assessment

We'll collect baseline metrics that will help us track your progress.

personal training session

You'll meet your trainer in a private studio or virtually for a 1:1 session to begin your workout program.

progress checks

You'll receive an assessment every 6 weeks to celebrate your progress and set new goals.
