  • Small Group Training

Fitness Together small group personal training combines the energy and fun of a small group, with the coaching of our certified personal trainers in a private setting. Fun, like-minded people begin together, work together and finish together in pursuit of a common purpose and to achieve individual goals. *NEW for 2023* Try our Stretch-Flex Class and a Private Assisted Stretching Session << BENEFITS >> Stretching keeps our muscles flexible, strong and healthy, allowing full range of motion. Pre-workout stretching warms up the body and stimulates increased blood flow. Stretching after a workout helps us cool down appropriately and reduce tissue tightness and pain. Our 1-on-1 Hands on Stretching allows your body to move in ways that it is not able to when stretching alone. It can improve your core strength and posture, and enhance your athletic performance while reducing your recovery time.
